Zoom Integration

Now you can automatically link your Zoom meeting or webinar to your virtual event on qadense. With this integration you will be able to provide a seamless registration experience to your attendees directly through qadense. See your meetings and webinars, and link them to your qadense virtual event. Attendees that register for your qadense event are automatically registered for the associated event on Zoom.

Please make sure of the following before starting:

You are an admin user of a qadense workspace
The event on Zoom you want to link doesn't require authentication nor has any required questions for registration other than email, first name, and last name

Please make sure that only the questions above are required in your Zoom event registration form. If other questions are marked as required, registrants might not be able to register for your event through qadense.

Connect your qadense event with Zoom

In your events dashboard page, find and click the qadense event you wish to connect to Zoom, or click + Add a new Event to create a new one
In the Basic Info page of the chosen event, scroll to the bottom and select Virtual for the Location field, then select the Zoom Online Event option, then click Save
Click the Zoom Integration tab of the event to navigate to that page
In the event Zoom Integration page of the event, click the Connect with Zoom button. If prompted, authorize qadense to access your Zoom account
Select the Zoom event you wish to link to your qadense event from the list or search for it

We recommend that you take the steps above to directly connect your qadense event with your Zoom event. However, if you just wish to authorize qadense to access your Zoom account and later connect it to your events, click the button below.

How to use the Zoom integration after connecting

Filter between Zoom webinars or meetings
Select the Zoom event you wish to link to your qadense event from the list, or after searching for it from its ID, then click Save
Attendees that register for your qadense event are automatically registered for the associated event on Zoom

Disconnect your qadense event from Zoom

If you disconnect Zoom from your event, attendees will no longer be able to register for your Zoom event through qadense.

In your events dashboard page, find and click the qadense event you wish to disconnect from Zoom
Click the Zoom Integration tab of the event to navigate to that page
In the event Zoom Integration page of the event, click the Unlink from Zoom button

Remove the Zoom integration from qadense

If you remove the Zoom integration from qadense, all your events will be disconnected from Zoom. Attendees will no longer be able to register for your Zoom events through qadense.

Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "qadense" app
Click the "qadense" app
Click Remove
